Aging2.0 Conference Happy Aging Day, European Summit – Hasselt, Belgium, 23-24 May 2017

I am delighted to announce that I’ve been invited to judge the Happy Aging Startup Competition at European Summit at Hasselt, Belgium, on the 24th May 2017, for the Aging2.0 Conference Happy Aging Day. Aging2.0’s first European Summit, in partnership with Happy Aging, brings together a focused group of innovators to connect across siloes and share best practices.   The summit will focus in particular on three of the grand challenges of dementia, social isolation, and liveable communities, and I am honoured to be part of this inaugural International Aging2.0 Summit.   I will be joined by fellow judges: Geert Houben (Moderator and judge), Menno Kok, Piet Pauwels, Eddy Swaeb and Martine Servayse.

On Tuesday 23rd May 2017, the European Summit will be kicked off with the Aging2.0 Startup Bootcamp. Aging2.0, the world’s largest community on ageing, is always looking for passionate startups that focus on ageing. This network of innovators will be bringing together startups and organisations to learn more from fully-qualified entrepreneurs and investors, and to exchange experiences within the ageing sector.

The second Happy Aging Day will take place on Wednesday 24th May 2017, as part of Aging2.0’s European Summit. This annual day highlights everything to do with integrated care, prevention and well-being, and innovations in happy & healthy ageing.
